COTA NT's Seniors Expo 2022 for Darwin is being held on Saturday 30 July, 10am to 2pm.

Once again, it's at the big, beautiful and airconditioned CDU Stadium (Sitzler Netball Centre) at 235 Abala Road, Marrara NT 0812

Expo History

In 2015, COTA NT created Seniors Expo to bring people together – to foster community connections, to help conversations happen and to celebrate the contribution that seniors continue to make to the Northern Territory.

The first Seniors Expo focused on an open “one-stop” community event specifically for seniors – where stakeholders can meet with service providers, businesses and community groups focusing on seniors’ issues, concerns and lifestyle. Lord Mayor of Darwin, Katrina Fong Lim described Seniors EXPO as a “very special community event”. The first Seniors EXPO in 2015 won the Australia Day Award for Community Event of the Year award, and Seniors Expo has grown from strength to strength. In 2021, the Expo in Darwin attracted over 2 000 people.
